That’s why we created the Small Group Training Workshop Kit.

The training workshop includes all you need to run a fun, practical, inspiring workshop for any current or would-be small group leaders in your community.

Who Is It For? 

The workshop is for anyone interested in or currently facilitating a small group of any kind, such as:

• table leaders at men’s and women’s programs
• youth leaders
• adult and young adult adult small group facilitators
• retreat teams
• service trip or pilgrimage teams
• parish council and committee members
• members of Knights of Columbus, Cursillo, Opus Dei, Focalare, Communion & Liberation, or any other lay association of Christian community
• anyone who desires to gather a few people and encounter God together.

• Leading Spirit-Filled "Group-a-logues": Foster an environment of open sharing, attentive listening, and confidentiality. 
• Navigating Group Dynamics: Gently redirect conversations and gracefully handle common challenges.
• Engaging with Scripture: Discover practical, fun tools for breaking open the Word together.
• Deepening Group Prayer: Build your confidence in leading spontaneous prayer and drawing members to participate using creative methods.
