Refund policy

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in resalable condition.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non refundable
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
• If you'd like to return an item, you must send an email to books@evangelicalcatholic.org requesting instructions on how to return an item(s) in your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for returned items. Instead, return the unwanted item for a refund according to the above requirements and then make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds are processed when the returned item is accepted back into the fulfillment warehouse and our inventory.

It typically takes 7-10 business days for a refund to appear on a billing statement, but may take up to the next billing cycle. The time varies according to the rules of your credit card provider.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact books@evangelicalcatholic.org immediately if you receive damaged or defective material. Include your order number and an explanation of the situation in your email.

Please also provide the following photographs:

• Photograph of the damaged/defective item,
• Photograph of the damaged packaging (if applicable), and
• Photograph of the packing slip included with your shipment.

A replacement item will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
