How It Works:

1. Pre-purchase as many vouchers as you need.

Stock up with confidence—there’s no limit, and vouchers never expire.

2. Invite participants to Reach More Mission Training. Enroll them when they say "yes."

Click the "Enroll Participants" button in your EC Account Dashboard to register your participants. Enter the order number from your confirmation email to activate your vouchers.

3. Participants complete enrollment and redeem their vouchers.

Participants receive an email from the Evangelical Catholic with the subject "[NAME], Get ready for Mission Training!" with instructions for completing their enrollment.

When someone completes their Mission Training enrollment, a pre-purchased voucher will be applied automatically—no payment needed on their end. Their workbook will ship straight to their home.

4. Bonus! They’ll get full access.

Along with their workbook, each participant will automatically receive access to their own EC Account with a Mission Training Companion and a free 6-month subscription to the EC Magazine—all included with their enrollment.

What is a Pre-Purchase Voucher?

A pre-purchase voucher is bought before the actual product is needed. It's essentially a reservation or advance payment and allows you to pay for workbooks for your Mission Training participants. They then claim their workbooks once they've joined your group and the books are shipped directly to them.

Why do you use a voucher system instead of letting us bulk order books?

Great question! We understand the appeal of having books bulk-ordered by the ministry and distributed. However, after careful consideration and experience, we’ve chosen a different approach: asking each participant to order their own materials and have them shipped directly to their home. Here’s why:

  • Ordering a book is a small but meaningful act of commitment. It invites each participant to take responsibility for their formation and signals a readiness to fully engage. This sense of ownership is key to forming intentional, mission-oriented communities.
  • Each workbook order automatically creates an EC Account complete with Mission Training Companion and includes a 6-month subscription to the EC Magazine—all essential pieces of the Reach More experience. Our voucher system ensures participants receive all three in one smooth step, helping them get the most out of their training.

If I purchase and distribute workbook vouchers, will participants need to pay for shipping?

Not at all! Shipping is on us when you purchase vouchers. This helps keep the process simple for your participants and encourages ministries to plan ahead, so we can make sure no one ends up waiting on a backordered workbook.

Can I pay by check?

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate check payments. Just email us at books@evangelicalcatholic.org, and a member of our support team will walk you through the process to purchase vouchers using a check.

What if someone doesn’t order their workbook before the first session?

No worries at all! Once participants enroll in Reach More Mission Training, they instantly gain access to their Mission Training Companion in the EC Account. Sessions 1 and 2 are available online, so they’ll be able to fully participate even if their physical workbook hasn’t arrived yet. They can place their order afterward without missing a beat.

How many pre-purchase vouchers can I buy?

As many as you’d like! In fact, pre-purchasing helps us make sure we have plenty of workbooks in stock to meet your needs—no scrambling or delays.

Do pre-purchased vouchers expire?

Not at all! Your vouchers never expire, so you can use them whenever the timing is right for your ministry.

What if I buy more vouchers than I end up needing?

No problem! Just give us a call or send an email to books@evangelicalcatholic.org. We’ll be happy to issue you store credit that can be used toward other great resources on our store page.

Do I have to buy vouchers for participants?

Nope! Many ministries choose to cover the cost of workbooks by pre-purchasing vouchers as a way to support their participants—but it’s completely optional. If you prefer, participants can purchase their own workbooks. When you fill out the Enroll Mission Training Group Participants form, you’ll simply select whether you’d like participants to buy their own. If so, they’ll receive an email with a link to purchase their workbook and will still get full access to the Mission Training Companion in their EC Account and a free 6-month EC Magazine subscription.

When will I receive the EC Magazine?

We send our mailing list to the printer on the 16th of each month. So if you subscribe after the 16th, your first copy will arrive with the following month’s issue. For example, if you enroll on March 19, your first magazine will be the May edition. It’s worth the wait!
