Get Started with Ideal Printing's NEW storefront!

Ideal Printing, the EC's trusted printing partner, has upgraded to a more user-friendly platform with built-in e-commerce features. You can now place orders and pay directly at checkout.

Below are some helpful tips and tricks for setting up your account.

LOGIN/SIGN UP

Click here to access Ideal Printing's storefront. On the login screen, click the button that says, “Not signed up? Click here” and fill in your information. 

You will need to enter the passkey for your storefront, which is “EC”.

Once you have created a username and password, you can begin browsing the products and ordering!

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Once you are all signed up, you can access personal features of your account like addresses, quote request forms, order statuses, and more.

Click the "My account" tab in the upper right-hand corner to see all the options.

ORDERING

Find the products you would like to purchase and choose your desired quantity.

CHECKING OUT

Once your products are added to the cart, you can review your order, create or update the shipping address, and then place your order.

Create and Select a Shipping Address

To create or update your address, head over to the "My Account" tab and click on the option "Addresses." Here you can view your saved addresses or create a new one by clicking "New Personal Address."

A pop-up menu will appear, fill out your information and press "Create" to add your new address.

You can also create a new address when going through the checkout process and selecting "Create" under "New Personal Address."

Checkout Options

After designating a shipping address, you will move onto the Checkout tab where you can include any additional shipping information, and select your tax exemption status.

Tax Exemption

If you are NOT tax exempt, there is no further action needed after checking out and paying. If you ARE tax exempt, you will be asked to upload a copy of your tax exemption form. See "Upload Tax Exemption Forms" below.

Review Your Order

Your summary will include your total cost with shipping. If you are NOT tax-exempt, the tax will be added to an additional invoice. Be sure to read and accept the acknowledgement box to continue to payment.

Payment

Once you have reviewed your order and clicked "Pay with card," a pop-up will appear where you can provide your card information.

UPLOAD A TAX EXEMPTION FORM

If you have selected that you are a tax-exempt organization, you must upload your tax exemption form to confirm your tax-exempt status. Head to the "File Upload" menu button at the top of the page. Be sure to include a project name so the tax-exempt form is applied correctly.

REQUEST A QUOTE

Can't find what you are looking for?

Not seeing the exact product you're looking for? Head to the "Request a Quote" tab to fill out a project request form and Ideal Printing will be in touch to help!

You will be asked to include some basic project information, as well as choosing the type of project you are interested in, and any supporting documents.

Once you have completed all the necessary fields, a confirmation pop up window will appear.

You can view all of your quote requests by heading to "My Account" and then "Quotes".
